Even though we are stationed in Germany we still have obligations in Norway.  This year instead of exploring Rome or shuffling around cobble stone streets in Provence, we have a list of chores as long as my arm.  So, this is where we have been three weeks now. Finishing up the house we started building last Easter.

We have been asked why we would build a house and then leave for 2 years to live in Germany. My answer then and now is that we need to go somewhere where everything is done and we can relax!

So now after three weeks with 12 hours days, 12 different contractors and hardly a home cooked meal to remember, we are looking forward to getting back to our beautiful little German rental so we can see our cat and watch fall creep over the German countryside.
